Our basic service styles include:
Hors d’oeuvres: Served by our trained wait staff or on tables for your guests to serve themselves.
Boxed: Perfect for lunches or picnics, these are complete little meals all boxed up and ready to go—great for speedy in and out serving, with everyone receiving equal portions.
Buffet: Traditionally, a buffet allows guests to serve themselves, and we can provide all the necessary accouterments for hot/cold service. We can also staff the buffet tables and serve guests as they travel down the line.
Stations: A setting where foods are grouped together and different stations are placed around the room. May be staffed, but traditionally are self-serve.
Sit-down dinner: Generally a multi-course meal served by fully trained staff ranging from casual dining up to an elegant black tie affair.
Our Preparation/Delivery Methods:
Cook On-Site: We show up, prepare on-site, serve if requested, clean up, and bring the mess away with us. For larger events where control over servings is preferred, this works the best.
Hot Delivery: We prepare it off-site, bring it in, set up the event and pick it up later. Great for corporate meetings or smaller gatherings where self-serve is desired.
Disposable Delivery: We prepare it off-site & drop it off in disposable/take-home serving & tableware. Typical of a boxed lunch order, potluck style buffets, or pizzas, for example. No fuss, and easy for guests to take home afterward.
Most events will fall into one of the above combinations of meal style & delivery. If, however, you have special circumstances and may need a tweak here or there, let us know; it’s a good bet we can make it work! After all, this is what we do.

Eco-friendly: We carry a line of fully sustainable, biodegradable, and disposable ware–cups, plates, napkins, even cutlery–that makes even the most “disposable” meal green.
Special dietary needs? We can cater to those, too! Whether its vegan, organic, or a menu designed around specific or broad allergies such as dairy-free, gluten-free, egg-free, peanut-free or other nut-allergy-free, or other restrictions, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate those restrictions.
